The Statesider offers 9-month leases beginning in late August 2017 with an ending date of May 2018.

Move in dates start on August 27th.

All residents require a guarantor to complete the guaranty agreement.

A resident can act as their own guarantor if they can show documentation as outlined in the lease agreement that they have income greater than three times the monthly rent installment.

Yes we do! You can find a person to take over the remainder of your lease. Any person that you find will go through the same screening process that you went through when you signed your lease. They will need their own guarantor, as well. However, there is a re-let fee that must be paid by the resident before this process is complete.

For convenience we offer rent to be paid in 9 equal installments. Rent installments are due the 1st of every month starting August 1st, 2017 with the last payment due April 1st, 2018.

No, bills are not sent to residents each month.

Great news! The Statesider added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks or pay with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover from any computer. Just log onto our website and click the “Pay Rent” link. This will take you to our resident pay rent portal page. There is a small convenience charge for this service. On-line transactions using an e-check do not incur a convenience fee.

Unfortunately Statesider is NOT pet friendly.

The rent includes All Utilities, Cable, Wireless Internet, Weekly Housekeeping, Printing, a Coffee Bar and Tutoring Services.

The Statesider's Internet provider is Supranet.

The Statesider provides wireless internet throughout the property. Instructions for connecting will be provided at move-in. If you have trouble connecting to the wireless or need additional assistance you can contact the leasing office.

Payments are accepted in the office in the form of a personal check, money order, cashier’s check, or e-check online. Once rent is late on the 4th of the month, a $30 fee with $5/day with max value of 15 days of rent, is added to your amount due on the 5th. Only certified funds will be accepted in the office once rent is late. Online payment options are available as well. Rent can be paid online at our resident portal with checking account or credit card.
